For our 2026 internship programme we are looking for graduates who want to pursue a career in financial PR, corporate communications, and investor relations.

Headquartered in London, Tavistock is one of the most established strategic communications advisers in the City. We specialise in advising clients across a multitude of sectors and sizes on financial and corporate communications, investor relations, crisis communications, ESG and reporting, and digital and design. With our strategic partnership across 30 different cities around the globe and having advised on over £350 billion worth of M&A transactions, Tavistock is well placed to support companies of all shapes and sizes with communication across multiple stakeholder groups. Alongside public and private companies, we advise high profile individuals, charities and governments at senior levels.

This on-site internship is an opportunity to work across the teams at Tavistock supporting on a range of clients. Our specialist sectors include; consumer industries, financial services, natural resources, new energy, real estate and TMT.

Our training, guidance and “buddy-up” structure will ensure you have the support needed to succeed.

This is a 2 month paid internship, from Tuesday 16 June to Thursday 13 August 2026, with the potential to progress into a full-time associate role.

Who you are:
  1. You’ll have a degree in a research-based discipline (2:1 or above)
  2. Eager to learn and passionate about PR and communications
  3. Have great writing skills across a range of formats with a strong attention to detail
  4. A team player with the desire to get stuck in from the first day
In this internship role, the candidate can expect to undertake a range of tasks that will give them a broad understanding of financial and corporate PR as well as practical experience in key industry areas.
These will include:
  1. Research and analysis: conducting research on market trends and company performance
  2. Content creation: assist in the drafting of blog posts, social media content, press releases and other forms of communication
  3. Client communication: assist with client communication and relationship management, including coordinating meetings and calls and contributing to client reports and presentations
  4. Project management: providing support on project planning and execution
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  1. The right to work full time in the UK
  2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  3. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and potentially in Canva too
