Tavistock advised Zegona Communications on its €5 billion acquisition of Vodafone Spain, the largest reverse takeover ever concluded on the London Stock Exchange.
Tavistock has worked with Zegona since its IPO on AIM in 2015 and through its previous investments in the Spanish telecoms market, having advised founders Eamonn O’Hare and Robert Samuelson at Virgin Media prior to its takeover by Liberty Global.
