LGPS ACCESS Pool has appointed Tavistock as its corporate communications adviser in the UK following a competitive, public pitch process.

The ACCESS Pool (a collaboration of Central, Eastern and Southern Shires) is made of 11 LGPS Administering Authorities. ACCESS Authorities are committed to working together and have each signed an Inter Authority Agreement, setting out how they will work together in response to the Government’s pooling agenda across the LGPS, and to optimise benefits and efficiencies on behalf of their individual and collective stakeholders.

As at 30 September 2023, ACCESS’ pooled assets totalled £35bn.

Tavistock will work with the ACCESS Pool and its ACCESS Support Unit to deliver an integrated strategic communications campaign focused on strategic counsel and reputation management among key target audiences and showcasing the investment capabilities of the Pool.

The Tavistock team is led by Henry Adefope, and supported by David Cracknell, James Verstringhe and Katie Hopkins.
